In Northern Tradition & Shamanic ritual

Join us for a night of purification for the mind, body & spirit in our traditional wood-fired sauna Svitahús with cleansing Laug (löyly). This a traditional way to sweat & communicate with the spirits of the land. Welcome to all walks of life.

What to Wear:

▫️ Cotton shorts or dress

▫️ Cotton shirt or top

▫️ Swimsuit (optional)

What to Bring:

▫️ Towel

▫️ Water (for outside the sauna)

▫️ One snack to share
